My Fitness!

Insanity:

I started Insanity on April 16th, 2012. Insanity is a workout program from Beach Body that has you working out six out of the seven days of the week! I do it first thing in the morning so I can get it out of the way. I utilize my Medifast shakes as my "recovery" drink.
